How does the private, public, and nonprofit sectors work in partnership with communities to measure success in the 21st Century?
The Pathway to Lifelong Success.
In the United States, securing a stable, comfortable life for individuals & families requires having ones basic needs met so they can move along a pathway from one stage of life to another: from a healthy birth, to entering school ready to learn, to a quality education, to a well-paying job, to healthy and secure aging.
The Pathway to Lifelong Success provides us the framing we need to better allocate our time and money so millions more individuals and families move along the pathway while reducing disparities.
We need a new social contract between institutions and the people they serve one based on outcomes we can all agree to reflect meeting basic needs and ensuring people can succeed throughout their lives. The Pathway to Lifelong Success framework is a tool for local initiatives to put this into practice and strengthen their work.
