Social Innovation? What a concept! What we need in America is science innovation to build a new green economy and creat jobs; yet there has been no funding for science innovation since 2001. Social Innovation? in 2010 there will be no more extended unemployment benifits, that should be real stimulating. No room here to talk. Google NREL No Innovation Funding since 2001.
