Briefly it began in 1996 which described the risks of poverty in the dawning information age and proposed a new economic model. It was written for President Clintion's re-election committee and published on the web in 1997. Work began in sourcing the Tomsk initiative and microfinance bak in Russia from 1999 and we became a UK registered social enterprise in 2004.
